Martha Dunn, Psy.D.
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Dunn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Barnard College in New York, NY, and a Master's of Science and her Doctor of Psychology degree from Antioch New England Graduate School. She was certified as an Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselor by the National Council on Alcoholism and Other Drug Dependence in 1990 prior to completing her predoctoral internship in clinical psychology at the Counseling Center of Southern Illinois University, and a post doctoral fellowship at the Cambridge Eating Disorder Center and the Amherst College Counseling Center in Massachusetts. Throughout her professional career, she has worked on inpatient units, partial hospitalization programs, residential treatment facilities, and college counseling centers. Dr. Dunn is licensed as a psychologist in the states of New Hampshire and Vermont, and she is a member of the American Psychological Association.
Dr. Dunn has training and interest in working with a variety of clinical populations, and maintains a general psychology practice providing care to adolescents and adults and their families. Specialty interests include eating disorders, substance abuse, mood disorders, anxiety, grief and bereavement, and trauma. Dr. Dunn also maintains a behavioral medicine practice, applying psychological approaches to treating medical problems, including diabetes management, and assisting post bariatric surgery patients to maintain dietary and exercise regimens.
