Range of Services
Dr. Monaco earned her undergraduate degree from the University of
Colorado. She received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology
from Boston University and then worked as a member of a research
team at Harvard Medical School and the Medical College of
Pennsylvania investigating the neuropsychological, genetic, and
bio-behavioral bases of psychiatric disorders. She has also worked
extensively in medical centers, state psychiatric hospitals and
community treatment facilities. Dr. Monaco received her Ph.D. from
Drexel University with an emphasis in clinical neuropsychology, and
completed a postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at Thomas
Jefferson University Hospital, Department of Neurology, where she
provided comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation to children,
adolescents, adults, and geriatrics with a variety of neurological
illnesses (i.e., head injury, dementia, systemic disorders,
neoplasms, stroke, learning disorders, ADHD, and seizures).

Dr. Monaco provides neuropsychological and psychological services
to individuals and families. She is licensed in both Pennsylvania and
New Hampshire. Drawing upon her background in neuropsychology,
Dr. Monaco specializes in the evaluation and treatment of children,
adolescents, adult and geriatric outpatients. Her specialty areas
include: ADHD, learning disabilities, Aspergers, non-verbal learning
disabilities, head injury, dementia, tumor, aneurysm, epilepsy,
Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, systemic disorders and
stroke. Dr. Monaco provides psychological assessment and therapy
to individuals with a variety of issues, including depression and
anxiety.
