Dr. Richman earned her doctorate in clinical psychology at Long Island University C.W. Post. She obtained clinical training at Nassau B.O.C.E.S., Pederson-Krag Outpatient Community Mental Health Center, and Long Island Jewish's Rockaway Consultation Center. Following her training, Dr. Richman worked at the State University of New York with individuals with a variety of difficulties including eating disorders, depression, anxiety, issues of sexuality, and stage of life concerns. She was in private practice in New York City for five years prior to joining The Counseling Center of Nashua in 2001. Currently Dr. Richman specializes in overcoming the effects of having grown up in dysfunctional families, reducing anxiety and depression symptoms, and improving marriages. |
