The Counseling Center currently has ten Psychiatrists and three Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to assist with psychiatric evaluations and when indicated, to prescribe medication for a variety of mental health conditions. Psychiatrists at The Counseling Center focus exclusively on outpatient psychopharmacology, and work closely and in conjunction with psychologists and therapists to coordinate care and resolve psychological symptoms in as expedient a way as possible. |
